The nose is elegant, aromatic and offers a certain delicacy, a beautiful finesse of the grain, a beautiful definition as well as harmony and control (in its power). It reveals notes of orangette, dry mandarine, small notes of lemon associated with touches of dry zests, dry yuzu, dry peach as well as fine hints of apricot flowers, pâtisserie, cedar, small dry yellow grape, discreet hints of verbena and a subtle hint of Badiane. The palate is fruity, elegant, gourmand and offers suavity, a beautiful finesse, definition as well as a small fat, a beautiful guideline, distinction and a fine tension. On the palate this Cognac expresses notes of crushed dry yellow grape, caramelized peach, small notes of apple compote associated with touches of orangette, crushed brugnon, small caramelized fruits as well as fine hints of cigar, nutmeg, cooked apricot as well as fine hints of spices, vanilla, a discreet hint of toasted hazelnut and an imperceptible hint of rancio. Good length. A beautiful Cognac combining richness, elegance, harmony and full of finesse.
