De Luze – VSOP – Cognac

The nose is fine, fruity and offers a very slight juiciness. It reveals notes of dried orange zests and dried flowers associated with small notes of cedarwood, rancio as well as a touch of gray pepper. The palate is fruity, round and offers a slight suavity, fat, a slight juicy frame, a good definition, a slight straightness, a slight freshness as well as a good guideline. On the palate, this Cognac expresses notes of caramelized peach, compoted pear and caramelized lemon associated with slight touches of pâtisseries, toffee, vanilla, sweet spices and a very discreet hint of cinnamon on the finish. Good persistence.
