The nose is nicely fresh and offers a certain intensity as well as a floral aromas. It reveals notes of candied vine peach, candied lemon, and more slightly – notes of small white fruits associated with a touch of fresh pineapple, honeysuckle, minerality as well as subtle hints of fresh verbena and a very discreet roasted tips (in the background). The palate is nicely mineral, racy and offers freshness, some fatness and a fresh frame. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of candied peach, small crunchy white fruits, and more slightly – notes of fresh white flowers associated with a touch of roasted pineapple as well as a fine hint of dried apricot and toasted almond. Good length. A good job on the good bitterness (in the background).
