The crémant has a beautiful clear and shiny straw yellow color. The bubbles are fine and numerous. The nose is intense with fruity notes of apple but also juicy peach. Little by little, a nutty and slightly toasty side emerges. The palate is dynamic with a very present effervescence. We have notes of cooked apple but also orange. We perceive a discreet bitterness. It’s simple and effective with a white grape finish.
