Le domaine l’Enclos de la Le domaine l'Enclos de la CroixCroix is a family winery, which was founded in 1814 by the Family Frezouls . This area is located in the heart of the Camargue ( Languedoc ), more exactly between the Pond of Gold and the Cevennes.

Since its fondation, the wine tradition is perpetuated from generation to generation. The master words: protection and preservation of the land, the vines, the environment and the humans. In 1980, to withstand the local climate, Le domaine l’Enclos de la Croix decides to replace the Aramon and Carignan grapes by Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Manseng.

Le domaine Domaine l'Enclos de la Croixl’Enclos de la Croix has made big changes in his field with a lot of modern but still maintain their personalities for reasoning about the long term.

Modern changes as a system of recovery of rainwater , a north-south terrace to play on the possibilities but also staff by introducing a flock of sheep for natural weed control and tillage by animal traction …

“For the first time in Paris, wines and dishes of a same area opened its doors for a matching food and exceptional wines !

The enclosure Cross opened this restaurant in December 2015 , locateRestaurant Domaine l'Enclos de la Croixd in the heart of the sixteenth arrondissement , a new Parisian address with a unique concept.

In a cozy ambience and paying tribute to the wine , the restaurant “ The Enclosure Cross “ promotes inventive cuisine showcasing pairings dishes and unique wines in Paris. The Head Chef, Antonella , offers southern cuisine , worked to the point, which reveals all the nobility of its flavors.

During the meal or in times , the restaurant offers the discovery of its bicentennial wine , grown on the family estate in the Languedoc , in the heart of the Camargue .
