The nose is juicy and offers a slight gourmandise and dynamism. It reveals notes of crushed brugnon, lychee and small notes of quince associated with small touches of pear, very discreet hints of tangerine as well as a very discreet hint of small yellow fruits / sweet spices and an imperceptible hint of almond. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, an acidulous frame, a small freshness, precision as well as a slight straightness. The effervescence offers average size bulles. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed brugnon, litchi and small notes of quince associated with small touches of pear, citrus (kumquat, lemon) as well as very discreet hints of yellow small fruits and an imperceptible hint of butter / sweet spices.
