The nose offers a small concentration as well as a fine power. It reveals notes of ripe wild blackberry, peony and fleshy small black fruits associated with touches of violet, pulpy plum as well as hints of camphor, Sichuan pepper and an imperceptible hint of caramelization. The palate is fruity and offers gourmandize, a beautiful freshness, a very fine richness, juiciness, a fine richness, a good definition, a fine acidulous frame as well as a juicy / acidulous / ripe fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / acidulous Boysenberry, juicy / acidulous blueberry and small notes of juicy / acidulous raspberry associated with touches of small red berries, hints of chocolate, vanilla as well as a subtle hint of zan and green cardamom. Tannins are well-built. Good persistence.
