Ruinart – Blanc de Blancs – Brut

Ruinart – Blanc de Blancs – Brut

The nose offers a fine power, a fine intense side and a fine grain. It reveals notes of quince, dried almond, fresh nutmeg and small notes of fleshy yellow berries, fresh white fruits associated with very fine spicy hints and a very discreet hint of cloves. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fine acidulous structure, a very fine creaminess, a fine tension and a fine linear side. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of lemon cream, crushed brugnon, small notes of apple associated with small touches of kumquat, lychee as well as fine hints of apricot, spices, nutmeg, almond and a very discreet hint of clove (in the background). A slight mineral hint of the finish. Good length. A finely creamy effervescence.
