The wine should be decanted. It reveals notes of quince, flowers and small notes of citrus associated with touches of varietals as well as fine hints of fresh green apple, kumquat and an imperceptible hint of bee wax. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful acidulous frame, tension, minerality, a fine fat, small tension, precision as well as generosity/gourmandize. on the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, quince and small notes of quenette/litchee associated with fine touches of minerality, Mirabelle plum/kumquat as well as very discreet hints of bee wax/spices. Good length.
