The wine has a pale lemon-yellow color. The nose is aromatic, ripe and fruity, with a slight sweetness. It expresses notes of ripe yellow lemon, lemon jam, juicy white peach, crunchy apricot, ripe green apple (even fresh golden apple), gooseberries, as well as a saline mineral touch and sweet floral notes (sweet touches of acacia and apple blossom, combined with a note of orange blossom and a note of lemon blossom) and acacia honey in the background. On the palate, the wine has a round, unctuous attack, with subtle honeyed and bitter notes (chestnut honey, grapefruit). The mid-palate is fruity and aromatic: we find notes of ripe lemon, grapefruit zest, crisp white peach, apricot and white flowers (acacia, apple blossoms, honeysuckle). In the finish we find a slight bitterness and salinity. Beautiful persistence, freshness and complexity on the finish, accompanied by a salivating acidity.
