The nose is racy, fresh and slightly tight. This wine should be decanted. It reveals notes of small crushed yellow fruits, bee wax, small notes of pear associated with fine touches of vanilla flowers, toasted. The palate is elegant, fat and offers a beautiful racy minerality, freshness, a good definition as well as a fine unctuosity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy kumquat, candied Mirabelle, small notes of candied yellow peach associated with a hint of apple flowers, crushed apricot, apricot flowers as well as a racy minerality. Good length and persistence. Fine hints of bee wax, butter brioche and vanilla on the finish. A hint of vanilla pod on the persistence.
