QuintoDecimo – Exultet 2018 – Fiano Di Avellino DOCG

The nose is elegant, racy and offers power (in finesse) as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain and deepness. It reveals notes of quince, crunchy William pear, small notes of yellow apple associated with touches of small fruits, nutmeg, dry almond as well as fine hints of spices and apple flowers. The palate is fruity, finely perling in the attack, beautifully built/defined and offers tension (in finesse), power (in finesse) as well as a small aerial/stretchy/full of length side, gourmandize and a justly dosed small fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, fleshy/pulpy pear, small notes of crushed nectarine associated with touches of kumquat, quenette as well as fine hints of peach flowers, yuzu, sweet spices, almond, butter/brioche and an imperceptible hint of sense of the place. A beautiful persistence.
