Pierre Vessigaud – Vers Agnières 2016 – Pouilly-Fuissé

The nose is fresh, elegant, quite aromatic, racy, very discreetly tight and offers minerality. It reveals notes of vine peach, quenette and small notes of ripe apple, exotic fruits associated with discreet touches of ripe citrus (pink grapefruit, mandarin), rose, very discreet hints of racy minerality and an imperceptible toasted touch. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, precise and offers a beautiful minerality, a beautiful guideline, dynamism, a fine straightness, freshness as well as a fine acid frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed vine peach, crushed pear and small notes of citrus associated with touches of exotic fruit / quenette and flint. Good length.
