Pierre Bourée Fils 2018 – Bourgogne

Pierre Bourée Fils 2018 – Bourgogne

The nose is fruity, gourmand and offers concentration. It reveals notes of crushed blackberry, crushed strawberry and small notes of lily, iris associated with touches of pulpy Quetsche plum as well as fine hints of vanilla, almond blossoms and discreet hints of cocoa. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers creaminess, gourmandize, a good definition, a small flattering side, an acidulous frame as well as a certain freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of creamy cherry, acidulous raspberry and small notes of pulpy plum associated with touches of acidulous redcurrants, lily, violet as well as hints of toasted almond, vanilla and a very discreet hint of crushed cardamom. Tannins are very slightly mellow. Presence of a subtle hint of toasted hazelnut on the persistence.
