The palate is fruity, elegant and offers freshness, a good definition, gourmandize, a small richness, juiciness, an acidulous frame as well as a fine saline sensation. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/ripe cassis, fleshy/ripe wild strawberry and small notes of fleshy/juicy small red berries associated with fine touches of fleshy/ripe blackberry, fine hints of zan, liquorice stick as well as discreet hints of caramelization and chocolate. Very fine hints of dark chocolate on the finish/persistence as well as an imperceptible hint of hazelnut.
