Pavillon Blanc du Château Margaux 2017 – Bordeaux Blanc

Pavillon Blanc du Château Margaux 2017 – Bordeaux Blanc

The nose is aromatic, gourmand, elegant and offers a fine concentration as well as minerality. It reveals notes of ripe / fleshy white fruits, pear, brugnon and lemon combined with subtle hints of kumquat / tangerine as well as very discreet hints of quenette, very discreet toasted hints and almost saline minerality (in the background). The palate is fruity, elegant, well-balanced, unctuous and offers a beautiful acidulous frame, fat, a very fine unctuosity, tension, a beautiful finesse, roundness, dynamism, a beautiful precision / definition as well as a beautiful acidity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon, mandarin and fleshy Williams pear associated with fine touches of peach, quenette, pineapple as well as subtle touches of ripe / sweet grapefruit, tangerine seed on the finish / persistence and very discreet toasted hints. Very beautiful and gourmande persistence. Great success!
