The nose is fruity and offers a small concentration, a fine freshness and a good definition. It reveals notes of pulpy blackberry, pulpy strawberry and small notes of violet associated with touches of racy minerality as well as hints of green cardamom, toasted as well as a subtle hint of nutmeg. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, gourmandize, juiciness, gourmandize, a certain creaminess, energy and fullness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis cream, crushed strawberry and small notes of pulpy/acidulous redcurrant associated with touches of violet, chocolate, toasted, caramelization, nutmeg as well as a discreet hint of hazelnut. A gourmand and beautifully balanced wine. A small chew on finish. A persistence on notes of chocolate, cocoa, caramelization and crushed hazelnut.
