The wine has a lemon color of medium intensity. The nose is reserved at first and requires aeration. It expresses notes of stone fruits (white peach, apricot), white flowers (acacia, apple blossom, apricot blossom), combined with tangy aromas of lemon, clementine, green apple and fresh quince, as well as atouch of cut grass, toasted brioche and honey in the background. The palate is ample, round and juicy. Firstly, we find slightly sweet honeyed notes, then–noted of ripe stone fruits (white peach, apricot),candied lemon, fresh lemon, quince and white flowers (acacia, lime). The finish is long and adds to the bouquetthe notes of beeswax, dried chamomile, as well as bitterness of candied lime and grapefruit. Beautiful salivating acidity balances the roundness of the wine. A complex, rich, but harmonious wine.
