Larressingle 2000 – Armagnac

Larressingle 2000 – Armagnac

(42%. Bottled in : 10/2021) The nose is subtle and offers a fine power, a fine gain as well as a certain discretion in its power. It reveals notes of dried apple, lychee and slight notes of white flowers associated with fine hints of pepper, small fruits in syrup, fresh nutmeg and a hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers suavity, a small fat, a certain gourmandize, a little freshness, a racy grain as well as a little stretched side. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of candied apple, stewed nectarine and slight notes of lychee in syrup associated with touches of caramelization, a hint of vanilla, pâtisseries, caramelized orange and a slight hint of hazelnut toast and pepper. The finish expresses hints of caramelization and pepper.
