Jean Cavé 2002 – Bas-Armagnac

The nose is fruity, quite powerful and offers elegance. It reveals notes of lemon and peach combined with a touch of grape, orange zest as well as a hint of vanilla and oak. The palate is fruity, gourmand, elegant, well-balanced and offers fat and complexity. In the mouth this Armagnac expresses notes of grape, apple and a touch of citrus associated with very slight notes of dried lemon zest, white fruit (in the background), fine touches of lemon, slight spicy notes, oak as well as a touch of almond, dried plum and a few slight grilled notes. Good length.
