Jean Cavé 1992 – Armagnac

Jean Cavé 1992 – Armagnac

(Bottled in : 10/11/2021. 44.2%, Brut de cas) The nose offers controlled power, complexity, a fine grain as well as a velvety / melodious side. It reveals notes of candied peach, cardamom and small notes of tarte tatin associated with small touches of exotic fruits, a hint of white flowers as well as beautiful hints of sweet spices, sweet blond tobacco, vanilla, a hint of cumin and a discreet hint of pepper. The palate is gourmand, well-balanced, well-built, tense and offers juiciness, fruit, a small tight grain, verticality, a small creaminess, a small aerial side in its matter as well as a good guideline. On the palate, this Armagnac expresses notes of tarte tatin, caramelized apple and small notes of pâtisseries associated with small touches of salted butter caramel / toffee, vanilla as well as a subtle hint of white flowers (in the background).
