The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced, racy and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, a small gourmandize, freshness, a very fine richness as well as a fine suavity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy plum, fleshy / juicy quince and small notes of juicy mandarin associated with a touch of cooked apple as well as very discreet hints of beeswax, curry and a subtle hint of almond. Good length. Presence of a very discreet hint of biscuit (in the background).
