Edmond Cornu & Fils – Les Bons Ores 2018 – Chorey-Les-Beaune

The nose is elegant, fine and offers a certain delicacy. It reveals notes of Boysen berry, juicy/pulpy cassis, small notes of small crushed red berries associated with fine hints of lily, a racy minerality as well as a hint of rose, grey pepper and an imperceptible hint of laurel (in the background). The palate is fruity, elegant, well-balanced and offers a beautiful finesse of the grain, an acidulous frame and delicacy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/acidulous rd berries, raspberry, small notes of plum associated with a touch of lily, juicy/bright blackberry as well as hints of racy minerality, lilac, nutmeg and discreet hints of sweet spices. A beautiful wine, full of delicacy and juiciness. An acidulous persistence.
