The nose is fresh and reveals some crunch. There are notes of flat peach, crunchy nectarine and, more slightly, fresh quince, combined with fine tips of verbena and subtle honeysuckle. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, minerality, acidity and suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy apple, bright lychee and slightly mesocarp with hints of white flowers, zest, crisp green apple and a subtle hint of lily of the valley (in the background) and fresh almond. Juicy and fresh. Good work on the bitter taste. Good length.
