(Bottled : June 2020. 46%) The nose is elegant, racy, powerful and offers intensity, a beautiful finesse of the grain, precision as well complexity. It reveals notes of caramelized mandarin, caramelized orange zest and small notes of Zante currants associated with fine touches of dried apple, candied lemon as well as discreet hints of date, candied apricot, cedar, caramelization / rancio and an imperceptible hint of pepper / nougatine (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy / acidulous frame, a good definition, precision, suavity, elegance as well as a beautiful structure. In the mouth this Armagnac expresses notes of juicy quince, crystallized lemon and small notes of crystallized tangerine associated with small touches of crystallized green apple, yellow flowers as well as hints of cedar, rosewood and dry oak. A very discreet tannic hint on the finish / persistence. An imperceptible hint of grilled / roasted cocoa on the persistence.
