The nose is elegant, aromatic, racy and offers complexity, a beautiful power (finesse), delicacy as well as a richness. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, wild berries and ripe red berries associated with touches of undergrowth, bay berries, forest, fine touches of black pepper / gray, olive, of grove, stick of liquorice as well as very discreet hints of spices and a very discreet hint of mushroom. The palate is fruity, fresh, elegant, gourmande, slightly acidulous, silky and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful suavity, a mineral frame, a beautiful definition / texture, a good finesse of the grain as well as a very beautiful elegance / finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, blackberry and very ripe strawberry associated with fine touches of cassis, small touches of small wild berries, undergrowth / grove and licorice. Tannins are fine and elegant. There are slight hints of coffee, grilled oak as well as very discreet hints of liquorice, black olive and undergrowth / grove on the finish. There is an imperceptible touch of coffee on the aftertaste.
