The nose is fruity, fresh and offers fleshiness, good definition, good controlled maturity, purity, a fine textured side as well as a nice balanced richness. It reveals notes of morello cherry, ripe wild blackberry and small notes of violet associated with touches of small roasted red fruits, pulpy/juicy violet plum as well as hints of star anise, fine hints of fresh pepper , graphene, cocoa and fresh sweet spices. The palate is fruity, balanced and offers minerality, freshness, good definition, a certain gourmandise, juiciness, a slight darkness, a fine infusion side as well as a tangy frame. Very nice freshness, juiciness and flesh of the fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/bright blackberry, pulpy Bigarreau cherry and small notes of violet associated with touches of mocha, camphor, hints of small roasted red fruits, cornflower, licorice stick, toasted almond, camphor, toasted/roasted hazelnut and a subtle hint of coffee in the background. The tannins are elegant, soft, fresh and sapid. A very discreet sappy hint on the persistence.
