The nose is fruity and offers a beautiful freshness. It reveals notes of wild berries, flowers (iris, peony) and more slightlt blackberry associated with a touch of wild raspberry, fine hints of liquorice as well as a very discreet hint of toasted, vanilla pod, coffee and an imperceptible hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, mineral and offrs juiciness, a good definition, finesse, tension, gourmandize, a fine suavity, a good structure as well as a beautiful juicy fruit, crunchy and gourmand. On the palate this wine expressesnotes of juicy/ripe black cherry, juicy/ripe cassis and small notes of raspberry associated with fine touches of juicy/ripe red berries, discreet hints of cornflower, iris, fine hints of liquorice stick as well as a very discreet hint of nutmeg and sugared mild tobacco. There are fine hints of chocolate, vanilla and liquorice on the persistence.
