The nose is fruity, fresh, elegant, gourmand, racy (blue clay/terroir) and offers a beautiful delicacy, density, a small concentration, a beautiful intensity, power, a very beautiful grain as well as a fine smooth side. It reveals notes of blackberry, crushed strawberry, cassis and blue fruits associated with touches of crushed raspberry, fine touches of violet/lilac, black pepper, spices, liquorice, toasted as well as hints of cocoa/cocoa powder and toasted almond. The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced, elegant, racy and offers a beeautiful delicacy, a very beautiful finesse of the grain, a beaufitul acid/fresh frame, density, deepness, a beautiful structure, a beautiful freshness, harmony, a beautiful fullness as well as a beautiful definition.On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, wid strawberry and more slightly wild strawberry, blue fruits associated with small wild fruits, caramelization, dark chocolate, spices as well as fine touches of almond, toaste/caramelized oak, subtle touches of gray pepper and an imperceptible hint of nut (in the background). Tannins are well-built, elegant and supple. Good length and gourmandize. There is a hint of coffee on the finish.
