Château Labadie 2022 – Médoc Cru Bourgeois

The nose offers finesse and subtle herbaceous and floral notes (dried mint, dried cornflower, violet), combined with sweet notes of mint chocolate, morello cherry, raspberry coulis, wild strawberry, black plum, licorice, cloves and cocoa. On the palate, the wine is expressive and juicy. It expresses notes of roasted red cherry, morello cherry, red plum, crunchy strawberry, wild blackberry and blueberry, with spicy (licorice, white pepper, cinnamon, fresh vanilla) and floral (violet, cornflower) notes in finish. The tannin structure is tight, slightly dry, but balanced by a good level of acidity. Good length and freshness.
