The nose is fresh and offers a small power, a fine grain as well as a small varietal side. It reveals notes of fresh raspberry, raspberry leaf and small notes of blackberry associated with touches of fresh lilac, sweet spices as well as a hint of bergamot and star anise. The palate is fresh, mineral, fruity, well-balanced, slightly tight and offers a certain concentration, tension, a good balance as well as a very fine aerial side in the approach. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh / pulpy blackberry, fresh raspberry and small notes of rose, cherry blossoms associated with touches of violet, fresh / pulpy small fruits, with a hint of juicy / fresh plum, zan, star anise, chocolate, a subtle hint of toasted hazelnut as well as a very discreet hint of caramelization and mocha on the finish / persistence. Good persistence.
