Château Beauregard Mirouze – Campana 2022 – AOP Corbières

The wine has a fine and shiny golden color. The nose is a little closed and gradually opens slightly. There are notes of juicy white peach, pear in syrup, pineapple, guava as well as hints of anise and fennel. We perceive an iodized, seaside side as well as fine hints of sweet oriental spices and basil. The palate is sparkling on the attack with an intense floral aroma. There is a tangy frame, smoothness in texture and intensity. There are notes of rose and geranium, yellow peach, apricot skin as well as sweet spices. The mid-palate is dry with a slight astringency. It is a wine with personality, different and aromatic. To pair without any doubt with a seaside meal. The finish is short, frank with a hint of iodine.
