Champagne Rémy Massin – Spécial Club, Pinot Blanc 2014 – Brut 

The nose is fresh and offers a fine power as well as a fine incisive side. It reveals notes of fresh green apple, crunchy peach and small notes of fresh lemon associated with fine hints of fresh pink grapefruit and flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-built and offers a good definition, a fine acidulous frame as well as vivacity/dynamism. The effervescence is very fine, dynamic and frank. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of fresh lemon and fresh green apple associated with small notes of mandarin, fresh/juicy lime as well as fine hints of crunchy pear. Good length.
