(Bottle: 611/1766) The nose is fruity, fresh and offers delicacy as well as a good definition. It reveals notes of juicy lemon, juicy peach and small notes of juicy apricot associated with fine touches of fresh kumquat, minerality as well as fine hints of small yellow fruits, beeswax and a imperceptible hint of buttered brioche. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers tension, precision, an acidulous frame, a beautiful definition, a good racy / limestone minerality as well as energy. The effervescence is quite fine and harmonious. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, juicy yellow plum and small notes of juicy / fresh apple associated with small touches of pear, lychee as well as fine hints of fresh quince and very discreet hints of buttered brioche. Good length.
