Champagne Michel Gonet – Brut Rosé

Champagne Michel Gonet – Brut Rosé

(disgorgement 03/06/2019. Base 2007) Beautiful fruity, fresh and slightly vinous nose. It reveals notes of dried strawberry, cassis and small notes of kumquat associated with small touches of dried zest, dried mandarin, a fine hint of quince, vinous as well as a very discreet hint of sweet spices and of pâtisseries. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, precise and offers a fresh frame, a beautiful suavity, minerality as well as juiciness. The effeverscence is fine and offers elegance as well as a certain delicacy. On the palate this Champagne wine expresses notes of dried raspberry, dried strawberry and small notes of juicy quince associated with touches of juicy vine peach, lemon, a subtle hint of dried zest of mandarin as well as discreet hints of sweet spices, brioche and almonds. Good length. A gastronomic rosé !
