It reveals notes of crushed red berries, dried almond and small notes of raspberry associated with touches of toasted oak and a subtle hint of dry biscuit. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, fresh, mineral and offers a small incisive side, dynamism as well as a beautiful freshness. The effervescence is fine, elegant, dynamic and ample. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of raspberry, small crushed red berries and small notes of crunchy / fresh green apple, fresh almond associated with small touches of lychee, tangerine as well as a discreet hint of biscuit, cherry blossoms and a subtle chalky hint. Good length.
