Champagne Le brun de Neuville – Blanc de Blancs – Authentique –Brut

Champagne Le brun de Neuville – Blanc de Blancs – Authentique –Brut

(Base 2008) The nose is fresh, fruity and fine. It reveals notes of lemon, zest and lime associated with a few notes of minerality, green apple, clementine and discreet notes of flowers and spices (especially after oxygenation). The mouth is ample, fresh, dynamic, elegant, well-balanced, complex, racy and offers a beautiful fat, a small touch of salinity and an acid / mineral frame (terroir). The effervescence is fine, abundant, vibrant and bright. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of mandarin, granny apple and lemon associated with slight notes of pineapple, brioche and a discreet hint of nectarine on the finish. Good length and persistence. This Champagne is well done and gourmand.
