The nose is fruity and offers a slight juiciness. It reveals notes of juicy vine peach and chalk combine with small notes of juicy tangerine, juicy lemon, as well as slight touches of dried apricots, pear, and slight / discreet touches of pâtisseries. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers suavity, fatness, roundness, gourmandise, a slight mineral frame, a slight acidity as well as a beautiful juiciness. The effervescence is well built and gourmande. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of ripe lemon, fleshy peach and slight notes of pear, mandarin associated with touches of exotic fruits, pâtisseries / brioche, almond and beeswax.
