Champagne Drappier – Blanc de Blancs – Brut

Champagne Drappier – Blanc de Blancs – Brut

(disgorgement: 11/2020) The nose is fruity, fresh and tense. It reveals notes of fresh nectarine, fresh nectarine and small notes of lemon associated with small touches of fresh white grapefruit as well as fine hints of lemon, chalk, fresh lychee and an imperceptible hint of almond blossom. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, tense, precise and offers energy, a small pulpiness of the fruit, a stretched side, a beautiful definition as well as “peps”. The effervescence offers a beautiful finesse and dynamism. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of fresh lemon, juicy / fresh nectarine and small notes of pulpy / fresh apple associated with touches of crunchy vine peach, mesocarp, almond blossoms as well as fine hints of toasted almond, toasted oak and an imperceptible almost vanilla hint. Good length. A beautiful Champagne!
