Champagne Demière 2009 – Extra-Brut

Champagne Demière 2009 – Extra-Brut

The nose is aromatic. It reveals notes of ripe white fruits (apple …), crunchy brugnon and citrus associated with a hint of quince, egg cream as well as slight / discreet touches of beeswax and wood. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful acid frame, a nice minerality, a good structure, a slight juiciness as well as a good volume. Medium size for bubbles. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, green apple and slight notes of pear associated with slight hints of tangerine as well as a very discreet hint of pineapple and an imperceptible hint of beeswax. Good length and good persistence.
