(Base 2011. 55% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier) The nose is fresh, fruity, clear, precise and exuberant. It reveals notes of lemon, ripe citrus and slight notes of orange associated with a few notes of flowers as well as a few slight notes of pineapple (in the background). The palate is fruity, balanced, elegant, incisive / dynamic and offers a nice acidity as well as a fine vinous note. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, mandarin zest and slight notes of flowers, Granny apple skin associated with slight notes of mandarin, as well as slight notes of brioche on the finish. Good length.
