Champagne Dauby Mère & Fille, 2014

Champagne Dauby Mère & Fille, 2014

The Champagne has a beautiful clear golden color. The bubbles are dynamic, fast and refined. The nose is intense, seductive and fruity with notes of apple and blackberry. We perceive fine touches of yellow peach, almond, brioche as well as vanilla cream. The second nose offers the same sensation of a fruit basket with fresh, juicy and pulpy pear as well as notes of fragrant yellow rose. The palate is fresh, tangy with hints of almond, apple and plum. Well crafted, the tasting offers a discreet and mineral mid-palate with notes of plum and orange supreme. The finish is tasty in delicacy with a creamy vanilla side. It is a chiseled champagne which brings deliciousness on the citrus side. Beautiful finesse and covering bubbles.
