Champagne Colin – Cuvée Enjoleuse 2007 – Blanc de Blancs – Premier Cru – Champagne

Champagne Colin – Cuvée Enjoleuse 2007 – Blanc de Blancs – Premier Cru – Champagne

(100% Chardonnay) The nose is fruity, dynamic and elegant. It reveals notes of lemon and zest (lemon and lime) associated with a few notes of white flowers. The palate is fruity, racy, dynamic, elegant, harmonious, straight, quite ample and offers a nice structure and a certain tension. The attack is frank. The effervescence is very fine, dynamic and abundant. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of lemon and lime zest associated with slight notes of grapefruit, apple (in the background), ripe white fruit and a discreet touch of brioche on the finish. Good length and persistence.
