It reveals notes of Zante currant, caramel apple and small notes of pear associated with small touches of crystallized mandarin, a hint of lemon blossom as well as fine hints of pâtisseries and a very discreet hint of dried tobacco. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, gourmandize, roundness, generosity as well as a very fine unctuosity. On the palate this Armagnac expresses notes of crystallized lemon, crushed pear and small notes of caramel apple associated with touches of candied small fruits, caramelization as well as a hint of brioche, candied quince, tobacco, roasted almond and a very discreet hint of roasted coffee bean.
