André Delorme – Terroir d’Exception – Crémant de Bourgogne

André Delorme – Terroir d’Exception – Crémant de Bourgogne

The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a very fine intensity. It reveals notes of green apple and pear associated with touches of white flowers, quince and a subtle touch of brioche. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-built and offers a good definition, a fine acid frame, a fine juiciness, a fine suavity as well as a good freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon, apple and fine touches of crushed peach combined with a hint of egg cream as well as an imperceptible touch of limestone, brioche and quince. Good length and persistence.
