On September 6 & 7, 2014 come to attend the First Open Days of the AOC Côtes de Castillon Bordeaux

Program: tours, entertainment, dining and wine tasting of Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux wines! A new appointment to discover the region and its specialties.

2 days of discovery and gathering

This year, we redesigned the event to allow visitors to better discover the riches offered by our name. “Says Françoise Lannoye, President of Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux’ Wines. 17 wineries will welcome winelovers and walkers in their property all weekend, from 10h to 19h and propose many activities on site. On Sunday, a picnic lunch is held from 12am to Château Franc La Fleur with a gourmet market to compose his lunch. Several activities will follow the tastings, wine courses facilitated by an instructor at the Ecole du Vin de Bordeaux (The Bordeaux Wine School) or, for younger, label creation and grape juice tasting. 2 days in the varied program that focus on sharing, meetings and gathering with winemakers of the appellation.

It wants to develop an axis for which it implements various activities. Throughout the summer, it has indeed increased its actions to meet the general public initiations tasting and visits to chateaux daily spectacle of the Battle of Castillon, stand “Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux” Village Eleanor on the site of the Battle. Similarly, the partnership with the Tourist Office of Saint-Emilion and Bordeaux offering tours departing from Bordeaux and Saint-Emilion July 26, August 8 and 15 has been extended.
