
This icewine is quite tropical on the nose, with aromas of grilled pineapple, tangerine, mango and lemon. Its overall character is quite zesty while still being rich and concentrated especially on the palate where caramel and smoke notes appear. The acidity is hold it together while the sweetness is nicely calibrated.

Deep colored and deep flavored this wine shows distinct aromas of orange peel, apricot jam, caramel and spices. Its texture is viscous and creamy, with very concentrated flavors. The finish shows some length with a final blast of oranges.

This Icewine is barrel fermented and aged in French oak barrels for 2 months for added depth of complexity. An elegant icewine with flavors of orchard fruit lemon drops, pears, apricot jam, peach and acacia honey. The palate is intense with a syrupy texture and bold richness. This wine has a lovely light garnet hue and displays nuances of strawberry coulis, rhubarb, vanilla, baking spices and brown sugar. The palate is intense in sweetness, coating and intense. There’s a slight astringency on the finish that brightens it.

It’s a sweet and simple icewine, with interesting aromatic profile, with adequate acidity and an abrupt finish.

This Icewine is made with Cabernet Franc, with interplay of complex red fruits and even some supple tannins. It’s a direct wine with notes of wild strawberry, pomegranate, wet stone, cherry and cranberry. It’s decently concentrated while still retaining lightness and brightness.

Gewürztraminer is quite unusual for the production of icewine, but it makes sense as it is a great varietal for sweet wine production.
