(100% Chardonnay. Harvest 2009) The nose is fine and reveals notes of white fruits, honey, brioche and almond. The palate is fresh, balanced and takes notes of white fruits (apple granny, white peach) citrus and grapes. The bubbles are fine. The finish is long.
(30% Chardonnay, 70% Pinot Noir. Harvests 2004-2005) The nose is slightly winey. It reveals notes of yellow fruits, white flowers and honey. The palate is balanced, relatively complex and expresses notes yellow fruits, quince, mirabelle plum and slight notes citrus. Good length.
(20% Chardonnay, 5% Pinot Blanc, Pinot Meunier 5%, 70% Pinot Noir. Harvests 2009-2010) A little less fine nose than the vintage Grain d’Or. The palate is fresh and expresses notes white fruits, citrus combined with hints of lemon and orange zests (especially on the finish). Good length.
(70% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Blanc. Harvest 2009) The nose is fresh, fine, fruity and floral. The palate is fresh and balanced. On the palate this champagne expresses notes of papaya, ripe citrus, yellow fruits and little notes of mango. Good length.
(70% Pinot Meunier, 20% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Noir. Harvest 2009) The nose is fruity. It also expresses slight notes of brioche and slight winey notes. The palate is fleshy, intense and aromatic. It includes aromas of white fruits, juicy grapes and citrus (especially lemon and grapefruit) combined with a touch of honey.
(100% Chardonnay) The nose reveals notes of flowers and fruits. The palate is mineral, fine, elegant, balanced, crisp and reveals a beautiful and dynamic effervescence. In the mouth this champagne reveals flavors of apple and citrus. Good length.
(100% Chardonnay. Harvest 2009) The nose is fine, elegant and relatively discreet. It reveals some little notes of flowers, custard and fruit in the background. The palate is well defined, elegant, moderately complex and expresses notes of citrus (especially lemon and tangerine). The finish is long and elegant.
(100% Pinot Noir. Harvest 2010) The nose reveals notes of strawberry and red berries. The palate is elegant, rich and aromatic. On the palate this champagne expresses notes of strawberry, raspberry, fleshy and light notes of grapefruit on the finish. Good length.
(100% Chardonnay) The nose reveals small honeyed notes associated with notes of honeysuckle, white fruits and white peach. The palate is elegant, delicate and elegant. It reveals notes of peach, flowers, white fruits and white grapefruit. Good length.
