The wine has a lemon yellow color of medium intensity. The nose is fragrant and subtly mineral/ it expresses notes of wet stones with a touch of limestone, associated with notes of white flowers (acacia, apple blossom, orange blossom), candied lemon, yuzu, a touch of orange, apricot and yellow peach, aswell as a hint of lemon yogurt and brown butter in the background. The palate is refined and balanced, with fruity substance and a lovely freshness. We find the flavors of candied lemon, orange zest, crunchy apricot, yellow peach, acacia, orange blossom and lemon yogurt. Beautiful lemony acidity, fresh and salivating. The finish is persistent, tangy and slightly bitter.A wine with beautiful balance and freshness.
