The nose is fresh and discreet with notes of cereals. It’s a little smoky, smoky with an earthy, wet earth side, discreet and pleasant because it gives freshness. Little by little, the coconut appears. The palate is powerful on the attack with always this slightly earthy side. We have notes of bitter orange, coffee bean but also a little salinity. The whole remains on finesse. We have power in lightness. There is a nice acidity on the palate which is salivating and which continues in the finish. This acidity is almost lemony. The notes of grain and vanilla finish the tasting.
